Control without a maze

Your privacy choices

How to exercise access, deletion, correction, appeal, consent, and advertising-related choices.

Effective August 11, 2026

Make a privacy request

Email privacy@womensdailycare.com with the request type, the email address or interaction involved, and enough detail to locate the relevant record without sending sensitive care information. Do not include diagnoses, government identifiers, passwords, or full payment-card data.

  • Access or know what information is held and how it is used.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete information, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Receive portable information where the right applies.
  • Withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
  • Appeal a decision on a previous privacy request.
  • Exercise applicable consumer health data rights.

Verification and authorized agents

We match a request to information already held and request only the additional verification reasonably necessary for the sensitivity of the request. We do not ask you to create an account. An authorized agent may be asked for signed permission or other legally sufficient evidence of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with you.

Global Privacy Control

The Phase 1 paid reports use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and a temporary PostHog diagnostic with two fixed-schema events plus a 20% session-replay sample for usability diagnosis. The PostHog integration does not load when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is present. A Global Privacy Control signal also communicates an opt-out where recognized by applicable law. You may submit an opt-out request to privacy@womensdailycare.com. General editorial pages and untracked report candidates do not load either integration.

Cookie and tracking choices

Meta Pixel on the Phase 1 paid reports can set or read Meta identifiers such as _fbp and derive or use _fbc. The temporary PostHog diagnostic uses in-memory state only and is configured not to write PostHog cookies or local storage. No separate consent banner is displayed on those reports. You can use browser or content-blocking settings to block or remove cookies and scripts, and can send a privacy request using the route above. Blocking either technology does not prevent access to the reports themselves, although third-party merchant sites control their own technology.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Women's Daily Care does not sell personal information for money or offer financial incentives for personal information. Meta Pixel measurement and ClickBank's server-side Meta events can be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under some laws. Where an opt-out right applies, use Global Privacy Control or email privacy@womensdailycare.com. The initial paid route is unavailable in Washington and Nevada.

Timing, decisions, and appeals

We respond within the period required by applicable law, explain any lawful extension, and identify the reason for a denial. To appeal, reply to the decision or email privacy@womensdailycare.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will explain the appeal outcome and any right to contact a regulator.
