Corrections policy

How to report an error and what happens when a material fact, claim, link, or verdict changes.

Effective July 31, 2026

Report an error

Email editorial@womensdailycare.com with the page URL, the specific statement or element, why it may be wrong or misleading, and any supporting primary source. Product formulation, price, availability, disclosure, broken-link, attribution, accessibility, and rights concerns are all correction matters.

Triage and urgency

Potential safety errors, active recalls, dangerous instructions, materially misleading health claims, privacy exposure, and incorrect affiliate destinations receive priority review and may be temporarily removed while investigated. Smaller wording and formatting errors are corrected in the normal editorial queue.

Visible correction record

A material correction identifies what changed, why, and when. Updates based on new evidence or a changed product are labeled as updates rather than silently presented as the original record. Typographical changes that do not alter meaning may be corrected without a formal note.

Changed verdicts and offers

If evidence, formulation, testing, availability, merchant behavior, or price changes the recommendation, the verdict and affected pages are updated together. Expired or unsafe offers are disabled rather than left active for revenue.

Disagreement and appeal

A subject, brand, reader, or source may provide evidence and request reconsideration, but no party can purchase a correction or use commercial pressure to remove accurate criticism. A senior editor reviews unresolved material disputes and documents the decision.
