Clear labels
Advertising, sponsorship, partner-supplied material, affiliate recommendations, and independent editorial content are labeled in language an ordinary reader can understand. Design, navigation, author treatment, and URL context must not make an advertisement look like an independent review.
Who controls what
Advertisers may control their own approved advertisement within the contracted placement. They may not assign, preview, approve, suppress, or rewrite independent editorial coverage. Sponsored-content terms define claims, substantiation, disclosures, approval scope, data handling, and correction rights before production.
What we will not accept
We reject deceptive or unsupported health claims, fake urgency, fabricated reviews, undisclosed endorsements, discriminatory targeting, unsafe products, prohibited medical claims, manipulative continuity billing, misleading before-and-after implications, and ads that conflict with reader safety or platform policy.
Paid-traffic pages
Paid-entry pages use a separately governed origin and template, remain available for platform review, and are excluded from organic indexing when appropriate. They retain disclosures, sources, reviewer scope, privacy choices, claim inventory, offer verification, and a human publish gate. A campaign cannot silently change the standards applied to its landing page.
Advertising data
No advertising platform receives symptoms, diagnoses, intimate or reproductive information, form text, search terms, precise location, or care-topic page names for audience building. Nonessential tags are default-off pending consent and legal review. Server-side forwarding is authenticated, minimized, purpose-limited, and documented.
